Before becoming a lawyer, Michel Rene Huff, Esq., (aka “Huff”), was a police officer and patrol supervisor, gaining valuable experience in dealing with high-conflict situations and multicultural issues. He graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and served as the United States Judicial Law Clerk in federal district court.
He is currently on the executive committees of the Alameda County Bar Association Barristers, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and the California Lawyers Diversity Equity & Inclusion sections. Additionally, Huff is a Los Angeles County and San Diego County Bar Association member. Huff is also a member of the Charles Houston Bar Association.
We care about our clients and are dedicated to helping them get the best outcomes possible for their legal issues. Communication is important to us. We are glad to answer our clients’ questions and explain the legal process in clear, non-technical language. Many people find the legal system confusing and overwhelming, and we strive to demystify the process and guide our clients every step of the way.

Which criminal charges do we defend?
The Law Offices of Bryan R. Kazarian specializes only in criminal defense. The following is a list of just some of the criminal offenses that we defend against:
What happens after you have been charged?
If you are arrested or charged with a criminal offense in Orange County, you will likely be detained by law enforcement and your fingerprints and photograph will be taken. If you have yet to speak to an attorney, you should do so as soon as possible. If arrested or detained, your lawyer will be able to start working on your release while the Orange County justice system processes your case.
Depending on the charges against you, you may be released on your own recognizance or you may need to post bail. The bail process is challenging for the inexperienced. Negotiation of the bail amount requires that you appear in front of a judge where you may mistakenly damage potential defenses by making incriminating statements.
The bail process is best handled by an experienced Criminal Defense Lawyer who will fight for your release, no matter how serious the charge. The attorneys at The Law Offices of Bryan R. Kazarian are highly skilled, experienced in the courtroom, and are dedicated to securing your release with the least stringent conditions possible.
Experienced. Aggressive. Compassionate.
